If you've ever wondered why it is that some folks place items into their shopping cart, and then never check out, now is your chance to find out. This is a powerful tool that shows you not only who has abandoned their cart, but what was in it at the time. You can also email the folks who abandoned their shopping cart individually, or all at once, to find out what happened, and invite them back to complete their purchase.
